Eric Frary, Vice President, Michael Baker International Joins GVF's Diverse Board of Directors

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – GVF, a not-for-profit organization created to advocate and promote a viable transportation network for the region's economic vitality, would like to welcome and recognize their new board member Eric Frary, Vice President, Michael Baker International.

Eric has been with Michael Baker International for over 20 years and is currently Vice President and Office Executive for the firm’s Philadelphia Operation which includes offices in Allentown, Fort Washington and Philadelphia.  Eric holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a ME in Environmental Engineering from John Hopkins University.  Eric is also President-Elect of the American Council of Engineering Companies of PA (ACEC/PA), which advocates for sustainable and dedicated funding for transportation in the commonwealth.

Eric received GVF’s 2018 Engineering Leadership award. This award is presented to an individual or firm, who demonstrates exemplary workmanship on critical projects and/or advocacy on behalf of transportation demand management (TDM) initiatives. Such efforts allow the Greater Philadelphia region to remain competitive; experience economic growth, and sustain a strong business and residential community, while working towards a more sustainable future.

Eric also serves as GVF’s Public Policy Council Chair. The nomination for board member was based on Eric’s leadership within the Public Policy Council and his drive towards advancing GVF’s mission, advocating for a better transportation and infrastructure system.

Through Eric, Michael Baker International has been dedicated towards advancing TDM in our region and has been a valued and strategic partner for GVF for over 13 years. Michael Baker International is consistently involved and is a leader in providing engineering, development, intelligence and technology solutions with global reach and mobility.
